How to Use:
Wearing gloves, place one measure (50g) of X-CHROME WHITE BOND Hair Bleaching Powder Soul Hair Professional into a non-metallic bowl. Add 100ml of Developer (10, 20, 30, or 40 volume). Mix until a smooth, homogeneous cream is obtained. Apply to highlights, streaks, or balayage, following the professional technique of choice.
